In attempt after attempt to conquor her Dendrophobia, Muriel frequently hung upside down from the poplar in the schoolhouse yard until her dizziness forced her to fall facefirst into the dust.

Today we went to a screening of Arne and Shane’s documentary called Girls Rock, about a Portland Oregon based rock camp for girls. It’s destined for greatness, as I am sure are a good many of the rock camp attendees.

Please to enjoy some pics from our Hollywoodland trip.
The videogames live show was pretty cool, but I must say that the highlight was arguing with the security officer at the Burbank Airport over whether my perfumeria gal balm was indeed a balm or a gloss. After a third party was brought in to evaluate the offending solid elixer, it was declared a balm and I was allowed onboard with my lip soother as a crowd of thousands cheered [in my head]. It’s violet scented, but it will forever smell like victory to me.
