I have a moose illustration up on funny or die. Me, I love a moose foot. Monday next, the little mister and myself are off to Leipzig and then Paris. I’m studying up on my German and French now, but the outlook is grim for this unilingual girl. Perhaps I will speak through gesture and interpretive dance?

Oh and also? My review of Black Snake Moan: ” This movie reminds me a lot of my own life growing up and messing it around in tennessee…except if a movie were to be made of my life, it would be called “Freckle Snake Shriek”. hahaha

One of my fave contract projects resulted in my attendance at a true foodie event, truth be told: my *first* foodie event. Will there be others? Well, I can only hope…It was most inspiring, educational and flavor-filled. John Scharffenberger is a good example of one who has followed his bliss. He gave a captivating historical rundown of chocolate and the cacao bean. It was quite fascinating. Por ehemple, did you know that ambergris was used as an ingredient in chocolate in the 1800′s? Whale barf chocolate, yum.
