wow. just wow! Apparently Patsy is friends with the Be Good Tanyas and they filmed the video for their fabulous song in various places in and around nola including Patsys lower 9th ward front porch and neighborhood. It is amazing and is making me cry. Patsy is even seen in it, with her dark hair and bangs. Apparently, her house did suffer damage but is fixable and that is one person who *will* be rebuilding.
Miss Mary Rachael, that is one awesome link. Patsy reminds me a bit of you and your mom, although you have never reminded me of each other (make sense?) I played that album until I couldn’t hear it anymore when it came out, but now I want to hear it again. The littlest birds sing the prettiest songs.
